A Climate That Helps
The scarcity of rain and the abundance of sun reduce the pressure from fungi and pests, allowing for vineyard cultivation with very few treatments. This is why Alicante ranks among the provinces with the most hectares of organic vineyards in the country.
Organic, Natural… What’s the Difference?
Organic wine comes from grapes grown without synthetic chemicals and is certified. Natural wine goes a step further in the winery: minimal intervention and little to no added sulfites. Not all organic wines are natural, but they do share a philosophy.
